1001bits tools is a collection of shareware plugins (Ruby scripts) for Google Sketchup that are dedicated for architectural works.Imagine...create 3d models of staircases, spiral staircase, escalators, walls, doors and windows, and even self-generated roof rafters, by keying in the parameters, dimensions, then with a simple mouse click --> they're done! in 3d!

The demos look great, but after installing the scripts into the SketchUp 7 plugins folder, they wouldn't show up in SketchUp no matter what I tried. I followed their instructions word-for-word and could not get it to show up!

I seem to have solved my problem by completely removing both version 6 & 7 from my computer and then re-downloading version 7 and installing that and then re-installing the 1001bit plugin and it now works!
